In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, in connection with business purposes, within the framework set out below, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred and/or classified.  In this context, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data, prevent unlawful access to it and ensure its preservation, in accordance with the Laws and Regulations issued to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data.
 
The target audience of this text is all natural persons whose personal data is processed by our Company, excluding our Company's employees or candidate employees who have applied to our Company.

Method of collection and storage of personal data; Your personal data you share with our Company may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, through offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. Business process designs and technical security infrastructure developments are implemented to ensure that your personal data obtained and stored by our Company are not exposed to unauthorized access, manipulation, loss or damage in the environments where they are stored.
Your personal data will be processed with all necessary information security measures taken, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope communicated to you, and will be stored and processed for the legal retention period or, if no such period is stipulated, for the period required by the processing purpose. When this period expires, your personal data will be removed from our Company's data flows through deletion, destruction or anonymization methods.

Your rights according to Article 11 of KVKK; By applying to our Company, regarding your personal data;

To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the 3rd parties to whom it has been transferred domestically / abroad,
To request correction if it has been processed incompletely / incorrectly,
To request deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
To request that the operations performed in accordance with items (e) and (f) listed above be notified to the 3rd parties to whom it has been transferred,
To object to a result against you arising from being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems,
You have the right to request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights stated above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
 
To exercise your rights stated above, you can personally deliver your request petition with the necessary information to identify your identity, send it through a notary or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or send it to the address with a secure electronic signature.
